Ayres Suites Diamond Bar

This hotel is one of the nicest places we stay when traveling in the area. Our room was clean, very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The evening social hour is awesome; fresh baked cookies or a cheese a cracker bar, plus beer and wine! Will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Booked a room here after a horrible experience at another hotel that should be condemned despite charging $150 per night. Aryes Suites charged only a little bit more but wow if it's literally like I died at the other hotel and went to heaven when arriving here. 10/10 stars perfect ambience in the lobby. They proudly display their multiple housekeeping awards on the reception wall. The carpeting in the hallway was very vibrant and inviting. The room was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. Will stay here every time when coming back to visit the in-laws.

Our family has stayed at this hotel twice now and we absolutely LOVE it! It is beautiful, clean, and they serve a great breakfast compared to other hotels that we have stayed at. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we travel to the area.

i really enjoyed my stay! property is well-maintained & clean, rooms are comfortable, staff was helpful & charming, location is amazing. it’s a 25 minute drive to disneyland. i would definitely stay here again!!

Staff is great. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious and location is good but road work has been going on since I started staying there almost every week since March of 2024 and I think it will take another 5 years to finish which has nothing to do with the hotel but creates delays from 17:00 to 19:00. My only issue is with the TV channel / reception. There is no streaming capability which I took care of by buying a Roku. You cannot get all the channels in all the rooms so during football season I miss some games if it is on local networks (Fox, CBS, …). I think they use some sort of 5G and they cannot fix it which is disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. Breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional and the property was clean and well maintained. The room was a good size also-very comfortable.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanest and friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in A LOT of hotels. I have a high standard for clean in a hotel and this surpassed it. The bed was not very comfortable for me but my husband thought it was. We arrived a day later than we booked the hotel due to our flights being delayed and cancelled causing us to miss our connection to get to Ayres hotel by one day. I was in panic mode when I called Ayres hotel worried that the rest of our reservation for 3 nights would be cancelled. Adrian answered my call and was a true gem!!! He called me down and was extremely helpful and assured me our reservation would not be cancelled. The next day we finally arrived to our destination and Adrian was the person to check us in to our room as well and was so very kind when talking to us. We so appreciated his calm and helpful demeanor during a time when I was not calm LOL. Also- nice pool area. We used the hot tub every evening.

the hotel is good and clean overall and could be better. i found below issues: toilet cover had some sticky color that was not cleanable so they changed it. bed and pillows are very bad quality that two of us get back pain. the room odor is not pleasant. better odor can be used. no boiled egg two days for breakfast. boiled egg is minimum for breakfast.
